Out of the blue

Spinning across a clear blue sky, and moving damn fast too, so I was lucky to get the picture... all of which is true.

    Typically unimaginative human suggestion EC. It just wouldn't occur to you that it might be an alien mothership doing a close run-by to check that I am OK. Would it?

    Nope. It wouldn't occur to me. If it was the mothership it would have taken you (and your loved ones) away to a place of safety.
