The second one seems to have a strange glow about it...
I never tire of looking at a tree, or at the sky. It's always so versatile.
Love them. What is the second tree, and is that red/gold glow its own or reflected light?
I don't know what type, but both images are of the same tree at the same time, but photographed from different angles, looking upwards from closer in in the 2nd case, and just in the ambient light from a nearby pub, with no use of flash.
That second one reminds me of a brain.
It does look a bit like branching neurons. Nature repeats itself at many levels.
